How long do you leave the bandaid on after getting a mole removed?

I have Formal on May 9th, and I have a mole on my back that I’m hoping to get removed before the dance. I have an appointment with the dermatologist on May 2nd, which means I really only a week for it to heal. I really doubt it will completely heal in a week, but will I be able to take the bandages off and will it look suitable to be out in the open or will it look like there’s a hole on my back?

Ask the dr. what would be the best way to remove it so that it would heal by the time you have the dance. You may want to wear a cute shawl or cover up cape of some kind just in case it doesn’t heal. You can also ask the dr. if you could put a make-up foundation to cover it.
